For over 15 years, Dr. Heike Hahn has been helping energy service providers to position themselves with regard to market developments and trends and to align their corporate and sales strategies accordingly. Together with her team, she supports the subsequent operationalization of the strategic approaches into goals, metrics and measures. During the translation of such measures into products, prices, communications, services etc., the focus is on the alignment of individualized customer journeys. In addition to her focus area e-mobility, Dr. Hahn advises energy service providers on the optimization of sales structures with consideration of agile or hydrid organizational forms. She is the author of numerous articles and a speaker at company-internal and commerical round tables, workshop, conferences and similar events.
Before joining the energy industry, Dr. Heike Hahn held several leading roles in the marketing department of a large telecommunciations company. After obtaining her degree in economic and social sciences from TU Dortmund, she worked at the university’s chair of marketing as a research assistant. During the same time, she worked as a lecturer as various educational institutes and as a self-employed consultant.
