The con|energy unternehmensberatung team provided us with the same expert and goal-oriented support for our strategy update in 2021/2022 as they did in 2015/2016.
After looking at upcoming relevant market developments and our own performance, we developed strategic approaches together with the management team that will help us to be successful in the market and to achieve our targets. Each approach was backed up with strategic targets, metrics and measures. Along the way, employees and supervisory board members were involved. At the suggestion of the supervisory board, a vision and mission were developed together with con|energy to give the strategy process an even more long-term direction and to find answers to the "why" and "how". We are very well satisfied with the process and the results and can well imagine further cooperation.
