Mrs. Hauskrecht has acquired extensive knowledge of the processes and structures of public utility and waste management companies as well as other municipal service companies from numerous reorganization, restructuring and strategy projects in the public utility sector. She supports municipalities and public utlities which are involved in concession competitions or whose concessions are expiring evaluate their strategic options. In this context, Mrs. Hauskrecht is responsible for network and company valuations. Furthermore, she has project experience in the areas of local climate protection, renewable energies and energy efficiency. She has conducted feasibility studies and economic feasibility calculations and assisted companies in developing energy efficiency products. Mrs. Hauskrecht has accompanied organizations and municipalities in the preparation of climate concepts, participated in the evaluation of CO₂ balances and CO₂ emissions and determined the costs of CO₂ avoidance. In the context of municipal climate protection initiatives, Mrs. Hauskrecht has developed measures and reviewed their implementation.

She has supported municipal utilities in the process of adapting to market conditions through self-optimization, the formation of cooperations and (partial) privatizations. Through M&A projects, in which she advised domestic and international utilities and waste management conglomerates on the acquisition of shares of municipal companies, she has gained profound insights into the investment decision processes in large corporations. Over the course of her consulting career, Mrs. Hauskrecht has developed an in-depth understanding of the structures of the municipal economy and the complex decision-making process of municipal owners.
